Our story

Putting our own values at the heart of every project

Kingsmarque Limited is a family business specialising in construction and project management. Our team spent years working for other building companies before coming together to build something of our own.

Our aim was simple: to put quality workmanship, honest communication, personal commitment, transparent costs and attention to detail at the heart of every project.

Kingsmarque is a new company, but its people are not new to the industry. Keya and Development Manager Roy Burtt worked together for many years before Kingsmarque was formed. Between them they bring more than 40 years of combined experience, and both remain personally involved from early planning through to completion.

Meet Keya Smith

Keya oversees the commercial side of every project and the day-to-day running of the business. She is your main point of contact for costs, suppliers and communication, keeping the project on a firm commercial footing.

Meet Roy Burtt

Roy looks after what happens on site. He works with trades and consultants to keep construction moving, holding the standard of workmanship and the quality of the finished result.

Kingsmarque Limited is a new company. The experience below belongs to Keya and Roy, gained across their careers before Kingsmarque was formed.

Over their careers, Keya and Roy have worked on projects across a range of demanding settings, including:
